There are all different sorts of sites for "NCIS". I can't list them all here (and I won't list ones that link to X-rated stuff). LiveJournal communities, Yahoo! Groups, and countless fan websites from fans around the world. Here I've listed the ones which I believe would help a new fan get caught up with the show most quickly.

Message Boards:
There are many, many message boards everywhere, but I am going to post the ones who get spoilers. In no particular order:
- NCIS-CBS Yahoo! Group: where Harriet, the fan liasion, and LACoroner are, and where Kip once was.
- Friends of NCIS. In my personal opinion, one of the friendliest boards online, which is why I lurk there. They have their own personal spoilers-supplier and the only one I know of in the entire fandom.
- Voy Forum for "NCIS". The list mom works in show business in L.A., among other things.
- NCIS Special Ops. The board tied to the NCIS Files: Tony DiNozzo site.
- Spoilerfix.com. NOT a "NCIS" message board, but it provides "NCIS" spoilers on its site.
Video clips: I've decided not to post these links in order to keep the websites from getting shut down. But look around. They're there.
Fanfiction:
There are MANY groups set up for fanfiction. LiveJournal as NCIS communities, as does Yahoo! Groups, and these include groups for fanfiction. Do a search for them. I am not listing any sites which list beyond the old R-rated - like I said, I want this site to be appropriate for minors - but there are fanfiction sites available.www.beyond-bickering.net, a Tony/Kate site not yet up; www.ncis-germany.de: an awesome German site with information.
